Conventional Size Component PCB Assembly.

Stantek can supply PCB assemblies in either low or high batch productions, and can even offer a one off hand built prototype.

Volume production of conventional PCB's is obtained using the companies BLAKELL Assembly machines and two BLUNDELL flow solderers.

Stantek have two BLUNDELL flow soldering machines in order to offer either leaded or lead free soldering, this is an important feature of Stantek's manufacturing capabilities as we are already prepared for the new RoHS compliance directive which comes into force 1st July 2006.

Cable Work & Junction Box Assembly.

Stantek undertakes all types of 'Cable Loom' and 'Junction Box Assembly'.

Much of our work consists of cable looms and junction boxes for off road, urban traffic information and measurement industries.
We also supply equipment used in harsh environments where the integrity of assembly quality is paramount.

Junction boxes can be supplied to conform with various IP sealing standards!

Crimping is fully automated, using Molex, Amp, Bicc & Bulgin crimps plus many more including Automotive Crimps & Ferrules etc.

Design Services:

Stantek can offer basic, in - house design services. For more sophisticated requirements, we are able to rely on the input of specialist electronic design company 'Macrodyne'.

Stantek have enjoyed a excellent working relationship with Macrodyne for many years.

Testing:

Stantek can carry out various levels of functionality testing in line with customer requirements.

All items, including cable looms are electronically tested before despatch.

Components can either be free issued by the customer, or procured by our own purchasing department!
